iPodŽ Shuffle Contest Rules:

- To enter, fill out the information requested in the online survey form completely and submit it. If your browser does not support the form, send your responses to ALL questions to iluth@cpp.com and use "IPod Shuffle Sweepstakes" as the subject line.
- No purchase is necessary. The contest is open to U.S. residents, age 21 or older. The contest is not available to employees or directors of CPP, Inc. (and their immediate families and those living in their same household).
- Winners will be chosen by random from all entries received by July 7, 2006. The drawing will take place on July 10, 2006. Entry for contest award is limited to one per individual. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning and may be grounds for disqualification. CPP, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time.
- CPP, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
- All applicable federal, state and local laws shall apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- In case of any dispute, the decisions of CPP, Inc. are final. All entries and surveys become the property of CPP, Inc.
- Winners will be notified by e-mail or regular mail and must respond within 5 days to acknowledge acceptance of prize. In the event the winner fails to acknowledge acceptance of prize within the allotted time period, CPP, Inc. reserves the right to deem the winner's entry ineligible, and randomly select a new winner. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name in any publicity, promotion or advertising campaign carried out by CPP, Inc.
- Failure to collect any prize within a reasonable time after notification may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternative winner.
- Prizes are not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
- CPP, Inc. is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
